radial artery, re= superior root of the radial artery from the
axillary artery, rm= middle root of the radial artery from the median
artery, and ri= inferior root of the radial artery from the anterior
interosseous artery, U= ulnar artery, a= carpal volar (palmer) artery
,13= superficial artery, y= dorsal radial branch of thumb, b= volar
(palmer) radial branch of thumb. a,p,y, and ~ form the lower root and
its continuations.

(antibrachial, deep) artery, d= common anterior interosseous artery,
