Upper Row: Ascending Pharyngeal Artery.

Left:70% of cases the ascending pharyngeal arises directly from the external carotid.

Left middle:20% of cases the ascending pharyngeal arises from the occipital artery.

Middle right:2% of cases the ascending pharyngeal arises from the facial artery.

Right:8% of cases the ascending pharyngeal arises from the internal carotid artery.

Lower Two Rows: Ascending Palatine.

Left:20 % of cases the ascending palatine arises directly from the external carotid.

Left middle:70 % of cases the ascending palatine arises from the facial artery.

Middle right:8 % of cases the ascending palatine arises from the ascending pharyngeal.

Right:1 % of cases the ascending palatine arises from the lingual artery.
