The lateral sacral arteries S1, S2, S3, and S4 arising from the Superior Gluteal (F) and inferor gluteal (1) arteries.
I. S1 and S2 arising as two branches from the superior gluteal and S3 and S4 arising as two branches from the inferor gluteal.
II. S1 and S2 arise as two branches from the superior gluteal and S3 and S4 arising from a single branch from the inferior gluteal artery.
III. S1 arises a single branch and S2, S3, and S4 arise from a single branch, all arising from the superior gluteal artery.
IV. S1, S2, S3, and S4 all arise from a single branch arising from the origin of the superior gluteal artery.
V. S1 and S2 arise from a single branch of the superior gluteal artery and S3 and S4 arise from from a single branch of the inferior gluteal artery.
