Congenital S-shaped kidney
  1. Absence of sternocostal heads of pectoralis major in a living subject. Rib defects were also present.
  2. Congenital S-shaped kidney. Note the double ureter of fused kidneys on the left side.
  3. Right-sided heart (dextrocardia) in situs transversus (situs inversus viscerum).
